Description:

Person hired on position Lead – Operational Engineering will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative Greentech solutions for the fast growing renewable energy industry. Operational Engineering is a global team located in Poland, Denmark and India and the owner of the products in serial production.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Your profile:

  • Electrical education or similar;
  • Experience in leading changes in Engineering Change Management
  • Good written and verbal communication English skills
  • Experience in Product Life Cycle Management
  • Collaborative approach
  • Problem-solving attitudeProject management experience

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Jira software
  • Experience from wind industry
  • Employment in an international production company

  • Verification of Engineering Change Requests
  • Implementation technical changes via Engineering Change Management process with the collaboration of global cross functional teams
  • Creation and update product technical documentation
  • Support Quality department in technical analyst in case of Nonconformance Report (NCR)
  • Support Supply Chain in finding alternative components
  • External customer issue resolution
  • Coordination and implementation changes in Bill of Materials
  • Evaluation of project risks
  • Assignment and prioritization of the tasks inside the project
  • Providing technical expertise
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports
