THE ROLE & THE TEAM
Join Zalando Lounge as the Lead for Paid Social Media, a key role within our Marketing team. You will lead the Paid Social team and orchestrate our global paid social media strategy across more than 17 markets. This dynamic position involves leading global awareness and consideration campaigns, and defining our brand’s digital presence on major platforms like Meta (Fac ebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snap. You’ll be a leader, driving innovation, leveraging cutting-edge automation and technology in digital marketing. Reporting directly to a Regional Marketing Team Lead.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Drive the vision, strategy and the roadmap to build the best-in-class Paid Social media team for Zalando Lounge
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management and budget allocation across Meta, TikTok, and other key digital partners to maximize ROI and inform performance optimization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global Paid Social strategy covering full-funnel media buying, creative production, CRO, and impact measurement, with a focus on continuous testing and optimization.
- Lead and grow the Paid Social team, fostering a vision of building a world-class team driving sustainable business impact in multiple markets.
- Work with a creative team to produce impactful, localized ad concepts. Your suggestions should optimize assets for each platform and run tests on measurement, bidding, and creativity.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and marketing stakeholders to automate processes, utilize deep data insights, conduct incrementality testing, and maximize cross-channel impact to support growth targets.
- Championing the paid social team within the wider organization, clearly educating and upskilling relevant stakeholders.
