Lead Payroll (HRIS/Payroll Implementation, Workday)

at  RECRUIT EXPERT PTE LTD

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all entities, including international payroll.
• Handle tax clearance, CPF submissions, annual income tax filing, and submission of government claims, such as paid-leave and NS claims.
• Manage system integration/migration , process streamlining, and reporting to authorities.
• Work closely with Finance on payroll closure, general ledger reporting, payroll reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of local/international payroll processing with team lead experience.
• Hands on experience in end-to-end HRIS/Payroll implementation preferably in Workday.
• Highly organized and resourceful team player with excellent communication skills.
