Job Description
Act as the local people operations expert, providing expert guidance to employees, business leaders, Strategic P&C Business Partners and global COEs on various people topics relevant to the specific market. Handles tier 2 level people operations query escalations, actively resolving employee queries.
Supporting the deployment of P&C initiatives and driving continuous improvement of people operations services as well as championing employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the Workplace Experience and Employee Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on people topics specific to the local market to employees, business leaders, HRBPs, and global P&C COEs.
- Handle and resolve tier 2 people operations query escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Supports leaders with performance enablement actions, ensuring seamless guidance on performance improvement, and coaches managers on Dynatrace values and behaviours.
- Support the deployment of P&C initiatives including hiring, compensation, and talent development locally, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
- Actively resolve employee queries related to people operations, offering support and solutions to enhance the employee experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of people operations services by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with local site leadership on P&C activities, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Champion employee experience initiatives in partnership with the Workplace Experience and Employee Experience teams, promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director, Global People Operations, highlighting key activities, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or people operations, with a focus on providing expert guidance and handling escalations. Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- This role is a contract position
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €71.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
