DETAILS
- Department: Inpatient
- Schedule: Controlled Substance pharmacy technician position, with evening, weekend and holiday coverage. Hours:09:00 to 17:00
07:00 to 15:30
06:30 to 15:00

- Salary: $19.48-$29.22
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles.
REQUIREMENTS
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.
Responsibilities:
Lead assigned staff in performing activities or task in pharmacy services.
- Lead or coordinate shift operation of assigned activities, resources, and/or associate.
- Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
- Assign, monitor and review progress of work.
- Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
- Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
- May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
- Oversee daily activities of the Pharmacy 3-Technicians under the direction of the pharmacist and management.
- Participate in problem solving within the department.
- Assist with specialty projects and tasks as assigned by Pharmacy Management.
