Job Description
You will be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED and will manage the piping discipline for the onshore CPF package and will communicate closely with other disciplines to ensure all piping requirements are addressed in the design, lay-out, fabrication, construction and commissioning. You will provide value adding knowledge to constructability reviews and 3D model review and take consideration of layout restrictions, ergonomics, safety, utilities, and maintainability. During FEED, you will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for the scope of work and actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation. You could also be involved during the current pre-feed extension.
Qualifications

You must possess strong experience in piping discipline for oil and gas onshore plant and be able to identify, control and manage risks related to the scope of work and highlight any opportunities. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.

  • Development of equipment and piping layouts, and general arrangements ensuring compliance with project specifications, piping materials, codes, and standards.
  • The development of piping deliverables associated with project engineering designs, studies, cost estimates, and project executions.
  • Review piping stress analysis and critical lines identification
  • The Piping Engineering deliverables and design adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Be responsible for approving 3D model for piping discipline, stress analysis, drawings, and other piping deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate piping layouts and designs into overall product design.
  • Perform technical reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for piping layouts and systems.
  • Develop, review, and ensure proposals contain clearly defined material, equipment, and delivery information.
  • Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
  • Knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current Country legislative issues.
