JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Planner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, and strategic direction of large-scale projects. Your expertise will play a vital part in ensuring that all aspects of the project’s scope, schedule, and costs are accurately defined and monitored.
As a Lead Planner, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, conduct risk assessments, and establish timelines that align with client expectations and organizational goals. You will also lead planning meetings and provide guidance to junior planners to ensure best practices are implemented across all projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in project planning within the construction or engineering sector.
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
