Description:

LEAD POWER PLATFORM CONSULTANT

Do you have extensive experience in scoping, defining and building complex Business Applications in the Power Platform?
Are you a consultant at heart, love helping people adopt the latest and greatest technology?
Can you build long lasting relationships with customers, whilst delivering great technology solutions?
If so, a position has become available in the highly successful iCoTech Consulting Team to lead engagements with our customers. The Lead Power Platform Consultant will own the technical output of each of the customer engagements, reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this is a pivotal role for iCoTech.
Being able to understand the customers pain points and objectives, working to understand the best technical solutions that would meet their needs, through to building the complex solutions and supporting the testing and implementation of the Projects at Go Live. This really is an all-round role, managing the customer from end to end.
The responsibilities in summary include:

Senior Level: (Est 30% of the role)

  • Owning the product roadmap for the solutions delivered to the customers, building the backlog of changes with the customer and making sure the customers vision aligns with the solution requirements.
  • Overall accountability for the customer relationship, working with all levels of seniority, and working to build strong relationships between iCoTech and the customer.
  • Owning technical elements of the solution deployments, understanding licencing, and building PoC’s for new customer requirements.
  • Architecting solutions to meet complex customer requirements, utilising the design standards and technology components of the Power Platform.
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure detailed project plans are in place and supported.
  • Supporting Consultants and Junior Consultants in complex matters, providing specialist advice.
  • Working closely with the Practice Manager to develop and improve technical standards and delivery frameworks
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project plans are realistic, achievable and potential risks/dependencies are identified.

Associate Level: (Est 70% of the role)

  • Supporting the teams with Technical Demonstrations, on Teams and Face to Face in trade shows, working to understand the customers needs and objectives at a high level.
  • Analysing and documenting the customers specific requirements, defining appropriate solutions based on the Power Platform, running workshops with the customers, drafting/owning the functional design documents, test plans, training and configuring the solution (This is a 360 degree role from Discovery to Closure).
  • Co-Ordinating engagements with the customer, managing these through the full lifecycle, being the point of contact between iCoTech and the Customers.
  • Configuring the solutions, whether its Power BI Reports, Power Automate Workflows, or Power Apps specifically.
  • Leading the roll out, user training and handover of the applications to the customers.
