ABOUT US:

Brightline is on a mission to build a bright future for every child, bringing extraordinary behavioral health care to children and families.
We’re in the middle of a behavioral health crisis that we can’t ignore—especially not when it comes to our children. 1 in every 5 children has a behavioral health condition, yet up to 80% still get little or no help. Far too many families face insurmountable barriers when their child really needs help, and parents are too often left feeling alone and without the support they need. We can do so much better. That’s why we’re here!
When you join Brightline, you’re joining a team that has an unstoppable drive to change the lives of families across the country. We’re a team of thoughtful problem-solvers, expert and kind clinicians, and experienced operators and technologists. Above all, we’re committed to helping each other succeed, learn, and grow—all while bringing care to families when, where, and how they need it.
No matter what you’re looking for in your next role, we’re pretty confident that you’ll #FindItAtBrightline.

WHY YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT US:

  • Own Member Engagement KPIs: Own and improve critical growth and member engagement KPIs, driving alignment with BizOps and Finance teams and leading reporting on learnings and progress against goals.
  • Lead Consumer Roadmap: Prioritize and communicate the consumer / member offering roadmap, collaborating closely with other product leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with client and provider-facing roadmaps.
  • Lead Exceptional Product Development: Working with a squad of designers and engineers, steer new products from ideation through QA to launch and post-launch monitoring/iteration, with relentless focus on execution and quality. Leverage strong program management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives on time.
  • Drive Performance Tracking and Testing: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure product performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement through every phase of product development. Serve as a champion for hypothesis and data-driven testing, experimentation, and user research across the product team.
  • Foster Innovation: Work hand in hand with Strategy, Design, Research, Content, Marketing, and Care Team functions to identify and build new offerings that enhance value to Brightline members and drive business impact. Synthesize key quantitative, qualitative, and strategic insights to inform product investments in new offerings.
  • Master the Landscape: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and member needs within the pediatric and adolescent mental health space, providing insights to inform product decisions. Spend time using and drawing insight from other relevant consumer offerings across the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead / Principal Product Manager focused on consumer and member experience at Brightline, you’ll lead product strategy and development efforts to broaden and enhance our pediatric and adolescent mental health offerings for our members. You will be responsible for our end to end member experience, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive and engaging member experience from the moment a member interacts with Brightline through their experience accessing our platforms (desktop, mobile web, native mobile) and services (prevention, early intervention, and treatment). You will be accountable for and will meaningfully impact critical growth and member satisfaction metrics for the company, from acquisition through onboarding, retention, and re-engagement. And, you will have the opportunity to support the 0 to 1 development of net new offerings for our member base, with significant impact for our members and business.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you will be a part of Brightline’s Strategy & Product function and will work directly with a squad of design and engineering partners. You will also partner closely with our Strategy & BizOps, Marketing and Care Leadership teams, and company Leadership Team to ensure that our company and member offering strategy are closely aligned as we scale innovative mental health offerings for children and families.
