Description:
DESCRIPTION
The Lead Coordinator-Specialty Scheduling oversees the day-to-day activities of the Coordinator role while functioning in that role. In addition to being the point person for the coordinators, schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years Working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting.
- Extensive and excellent customer service experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Specialty clinic experience.
- Epic or other EMR.
