  • Previous experience in a process technician role including fault finding experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Process Tech to join our team. You will run the Wetmix Milk Treatment process (milk reception, separators, pasteurisers, and standardising line) and set milk planning direction for the site.
Our shifts allow for plenty of flexibility and work life balance with 4 days off between shifts. Based on a rotational roster, you will be on the shift pattern below: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (12.5 hour shifts)

Key responsibilities of this role include..

  • Operation of critical manufacturing equipment within designed running parameters
  • Ensuring all our products are manufactured in-spec and right first time
  • Keeping the manufacturing environment to a high quality standard
  • This role requires thinking within detailed standard practices and instructions alongside the support from Line, Process and Maintenance Leads. This role must be capable of identifying and adding/removing variations within an operational process based on situational work settings.
  • This role is responsible for problem solving and solution identification/follow-up across the plant
  • Support maintenance activity through permit issuing
