Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Zenog Consulting is seeking a talented Lead Product/Full-Stack Engineer a rapidly growing, venture-backed software company revolutionizing the newsletter industry. As a Lead Product/Full-Stack Engineer , you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements and use case functionality to code and develop programs that meet the expectations of the business. Provide technical leadership and guidance on software projects. This position is remote.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development roles
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment, preferably as a technical lead or senior
- Experience with email and marketing technology
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performance web applications
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architect scalable solutions, make technical decisions, conduct code reviews.
- Lead the development of intuitive user interfaces using React.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality API solutions using .NET C#.
- Work within cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for deployment and management.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Create, maintain, and iterate on software documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on software projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate development efforts.
- Act as a technical resource, providing insights on emerging technologies.
- Develop data-centric applications and modules using C# .NET.
- Engage in tier 2 technical support, and troubleshooting issues.
- Master unit and end-to-end testing, implement CI/CD pipelines and conduct performance profiling.
- Work closely with product, design, and other teams.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
