Description:

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Work and reason at university level and have more than 10 years’ experience of inspiring and developing expert teams.
  • A proven track record within Product Management for predominantly Payments and to an extent Credit, in developing new products and building product strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, both in Dutch and English).
  • Having a growth and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Having strong stakeholder management skills.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge and experience with the three lines of defense risk management model.
  • Knowledge of card payments, loans and credit risk.
  • Knowledge of actual and (inter)national financial markets, regulators and legislators.

Responsibilities:

  • (Continued) development of a broad and complex product (portfolio).
  • Leading organization-wide programs and building a broad stakeholder field up to MT and external parties.
  • Translate product and process adjustments and improvements into end-to-end solutions that align with these developments for the credit product or payment card product.
  • Provide insight into the (credit) product in terms of performance, quality and efficiency (in the case of credits, also in phase-out).
  • Creating support among stakeholders for implementing activities in the field of credits or payments.
  • Determining the vision, goal, direction and strategy for the Transaction Based Lending (TBL) credit product or for payment products and monitoring progress.
  • Initiating and assessing new initiatives in the credit domain and payment domain.
  • Ensuring that a new (credit) product is built and managed in the correct context and design to meet customer wishes and (compliance) requirements.
  • Regularly presenting updates and communicate “the credit product reduction-build-up roadmap” or “the product roadmap”
