Specifically, you will lead the development of a companion app for pharmaceutical products, working closely with our life sciences partners. YOUR PROFILE
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Vision: Lead the development of a companion app for pharmaceutical products on top of the Sidekick platform, partnering with leading life sciences companies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Strategic Leadership: Set the product strategy, roadmap, and growth plans, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision. Guide cross-functional teams to successfully bring products to market and overcome any roadblocks along the way.
- Product Ownership: Take ownership of your product, monitoring market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth to ensure continued success and relevance.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure that your product meets all necessary regulatory standards for global markets, working closely with our regulatory team and life sciences partners to secure clearances and approvals.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with user research to deeply understand patient needs, pain points, and opportunities for impact, ensuring we remain focused on outcomes that matter.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage insights from analytics, testing, and user feedback to inform your decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
- Collaborative Excellence: Partner with teams across the organization, including commercial, finance, and regulatory teams, to create products that are not only innovative but also feasible and compliant in global markets.
Requirements
- Visionary Leader: You have 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with a passion for improving lives through technology.
- Strategic Thinker: You thrive on big-picture thinking while ensuring attention to detail in execution. You understand the market, regulatory landscapes, and the business case behind every product decision.
- Patient-Centric: You are motivated by the opportunity to deliver solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
- Agile & Adaptable: You are experienced in agile methodologies and comfortable managing the complexities of product development in fast-paced environments.

- Educational Background: You hold a degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Product Design, or a similar field.
