Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager in the Loyalty Solutions product area supporting rewards earning as well as the Product Management maturity model as a part of Card and Merchant Services.

In this role you will:

  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
  • Manage overall product backlog, including conducting initial discovery work coming through intake, to determine product alignment and prioritization
  • Participate in agile ceremonies at the team and team-of-teams level, including quarterly Big Room Planning, Feature Refinement, and Feature Commitment
  • Break down product strategy and roadmap into quarterly features and sprint level goals and priorities
  • Define prioritized features and corresponding justification based on customer and business value that are directly derived from the product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Develop acceptance criteria for features and stories based on their product strategy to ensure successful delivery
  • Decompose features into sprint plans with the teams to ensure Definition of Done
  • Communicate priorities and the “vision” to the scrum master’s and agile development team and deliver a continually evolving roadmap
  • Perform product demos to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with multiple lines of technology and business stakeholders in support of maintaining and improving the enablement and delivery of workflow solutions
  • Monitor and evolve product success metrics at a feature level and support the product team in reporting progress against the business case and OKRs.
