PAY RANGE
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00

- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager in the Loyalty Solutions product area supporting rewards earning as well as the Product Management maturity model as a part of Card and Merchant Services.

In this role you will:
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
- Manage overall product backlog, including conducting initial discovery work coming through intake, to determine product alignment and prioritization
- Participate in agile ceremonies at the team and team-of-teams level, including quarterly Big Room Planning, Feature Refinement, and Feature Commitment
- Break down product strategy and roadmap into quarterly features and sprint level goals and priorities
- Define prioritized features and corresponding justification based on customer and business value that are directly derived from the product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Develop acceptance criteria for features and stories based on their product strategy to ensure successful delivery
- Decompose features into sprint plans with the teams to ensure Definition of Done
- Communicate priorities and the “vision” to the scrum master’s and agile development team and deliver a continually evolving roadmap
- Perform product demos to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with multiple lines of technology and business stakeholders in support of maintaining and improving the enablement and delivery of workflow solutions
- Monitor and evolve product success metrics at a feature level and support the product team in reporting progress against the business case and OKRs.
