Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As the Lead Product Manager at Prizeout, you will manage product delivery, driving the development of innovative solutions that push the boundaries of the digital rewards and payments industry. You will oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals/roadmap and market demands. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in product management, who can inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional products that resonate with both users and partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own, define and manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Prizeout’s business goals, key stakeholders and market opportunities
  • Drive forward execution and definition of the roadmap and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Focus on building a product that consumers love and that our partners want to market
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and sales teams to drive product development and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals
  • Drive product requirements across the business to instrument data collection and ensure data quality, leading to critical customer-driven insights
