REQUIREMENTS

  • SaaS experience is a must: 5+ yrs defining, shipping, and iterating SaaS products
  • Experienced with subscription pricing models, confident using analytics software, fluent with all SaaS related unit economics.
  • Experience conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis - with a proven track record of success
  • High data fluency, expert with analytics software such as GA4, Heap, Looker Studio - able to perform comprehensive product analysis covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion
  • Background in designing and optimizing pricing plans (freemium, free trial, etc)
  • Ability to guide a product team while also being fully hands-on delivering work
  • Thrives in a start-up environment, executing as an individual contributor while also setting strategy and product direction
  • Background working on SMB software (highly desirable)
  • Experience working with a distributed team working flexible hours (highly desirable)

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take full ownership of our platform, currently used by hundreds of thousands of users. We’ve been revolutionizing the way SMB owners grow their businesses, by making it more affordable and efficient. The next phase is expansion: as a lead product manager you will scale our solution by building a roadmap targeting distinct user segments, including estate planning, rental property, and more. We’re aiming for robust growth across our existing services today while also creating new markets to further accelerate business success in the immediate future.
As the leader of the Product function, you will take full ownership of planning, shipping features, and driving growth. You will lead by example, mentoring and motivating those around you. A natural leader and “doer” with a hands-on approach, you will be responsible for spearheading our roadmap, driving product development and execution, and optimizing processes, while setting the pace for our product team consisting of designers, data scientists and junior PMs.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to shape company strategy and make a significant impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating the product vision, roadmap, driving execution, and delivering business outcomes
  • What you expect from a PM position (running sprints, prioritizing stories, translating requirements, competitor research, defining strategy, etc)
  • Develop monetization strategy. Design and continuously optimize pricing plans that utilize quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Analyze the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn
  • Obsessing over the user experience; delighting customers, driving end-user metrics and revenue
  • Applying high Emotional Intelligence internally and externally
