Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join Auto’s servicing product organization. As a Product Owner, you will work with technology partners to delivery world class user interfaces that resonate well with Auto customers. You will use data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve customer experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain feedback and support to achieve results that will support efficient project implementations.

In this role, you will:

  • Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies
  • Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer/business value
  • Lead complex initiatives including establishing solutions for new products or enhancements
  • Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
  • Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
