Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Customer Advice Platforms as part of Advice & Planning. This role is responsible for supporting the development of LifeSync, including integration with enterprise systems, platforms and products.

In this role, you will:

  • Need to understand, capture, and document complex business and functional requirements
  • Present recommendations to resolve more complex situations and exercise independent judgment
  • Execute strategic plans related to the development of client facing planning tools
  • Support ongoing collaboration and integration with enterprise teams, client and employee platforms, and product areas
  • Collaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners, stakeholders and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Perform data-driven analysis and management reporting on client and employee usage and engagement
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Controls, and Risk to ensure that all tools comply with compliance and privacy regulations and policies
