Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager - WIM Banking Deposits to join our Banking, Lending, & Trust (BL&T) group within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). As part of the WIM Deposits team, you will be responsible for the development and management of our banking products, pricing, and portfolio performance. You will work with WIM Banking leaders, relationship managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless delivery and service of banking solutions to WIM affluent and high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for ongoing product and pricing management of checking, savings, and CD solutions to serve the banking needs of WIM affluent and high-net-worth clients
  • Conduct analysis of segment needs, competitive environment, and industry trends across a range of dimensions including product positioning, features, performance, pricing and profitability, process, policy, and promotions
  • Develop, implement, and manage deposit product features, pricing strategies, and related non-marketing client materials
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes, controls, and policies necessary for the correct functioning of the product portfolio
  • Develop and lead complex initiatives, such as new products/enhancements, acquisition/retention programs, client alignment programs, or product/portfolio risk management
  • Ensure products and programs adhere to regulations and policies; oversee product risk management to ensure effective controls, meet deliverables, and drive new initiatives
  • Partner with WIM Banking leadership and relationship managers (e.g., bankers, banking coordinators, banking services) to promote deposit balance and revenue performance, client acquisition and retention, and delivery of product experience
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners within WIM and across the enterprise (e.g., Compliance, Control, IRM, Legal, Finance, Product/Agile, Marketing, Operations, Technology) to ensure products and programs are effectively executed and supported
  • Be a subject matter expert and thought leader on the deposits business and banking needs of the high-net-worth segment
