EXPERIENCE
- 3 years professional experience in a manufacturing or related environment is required.
- Supply chain planning and/or pharmaceutical industry work experience preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develops, organizes, and manages the allocation of finished goods, bulk products, supporting materials, and workflow processes to ensure optimal client service levels, minimal inventory investment, and maximum plant efficiency.
- Leverage all available data, tools, and resources (SAP Planning System, Taylor Shop Floor scheduling system, etc.) to create inferences, assumptions, and forecasts to meet scheduled commits.
- Acts as the central planning focal point for assigned project portfolio and serve as the primary planning contact for the lifecycle management of commercial products and product development transfers.
- Responsible for sales unit forecasting, material requirements, batch material readiness, and ensuring the execution of manufacturing/packaging batch execution to customer needs. Additionally, manages carrier coordination and ensures the on-time shipment of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department representatives to maintain a relationship-based influential partnership and build and maintain customer allegiance.
- Ownership on Demand Planning training and onboarding for both technical expertise as well as effective customer-facing interactions.
- Main point of contact for key systems such as PharmaSuite, Optel, etc.
