Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Lead Program Manager role is an exciting opportunity for a talented relationship
manager with strong project management skills. A successful candidate will apply business
acumen to solve problems, maintain pristine documentation and tactfully partner with
internal and external stakeholders to grow each program to meet the business’ needs. This
position will maintain three key relationships to start, including Braviant’s bank program and
two outsourced contact center vendors.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Maintain strong relationship with the relevant external banking partnership parties.
  • Primary point of contact who works with internal resources to complete any projects, tasks, or ad hoc requests.
  • Document all approved policies, procedures, and versions of documents.
  • Compile monthly performance and compliance reporting.
  • Manage the contact center relationships between BPO and internal teams to ensure both parties are mutually satisfied.
  • Validate contract adherence (monthly invoice, QA rates, incentive programs, etc.).
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including strategy & operations, marketing, legal, compliance, product, and business intelligence.
  • Leverage project management tools to track and deliver all requests on time
  • Develop documentation to track key meeting minutes, takeaways and visibility into project timelines and due dates.
