Collaborate directly with the main Program Manager on the client side to drive program development and execution.
You will be instrumental in managing communications, executing projects, and developing community engagement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination skills and the ability to oversee multiple work streams
  • Comfortable interacting and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with proficiency in various functions for effective data management
  • English Level Writing/Speaking C1

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects involving various external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead on the execution of existing projects and the introduction of new initiatives
  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules, documentation, and reporting effectively
  • Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare, and present insights and results to the Program Lead
