SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Intermediate user of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, some light data analysis)
  • Experience with Sharepoint (Ability to create repositories and pull information from teams into a files)
  • Experience with PowerPoint (Ability to create presentation decks for senior leadership and revamping older decks)
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Ability to synthesize information so leadership can digest it
  • Experience in commercial loan operations. (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the loan servicing and operation support teams for customers with commercial real estate loans and/or large syndicated loans.
  • Assist with keeping ongoing Risk/ issue management projects on track
  • Schedule project meetings and ensure proper attendance
  • Move project plans and find the correct subject matter experts for specific activities
  • Build PowerPoint decks and assist with the facilitation of presentations
