Lead Project Manager (Marketing)

DESCRIPTION

Our client is hiring for a Lead Project Manager (Marketing) to join their growing team. You will be joining an environment that is incredibly fast paced and has the energy of a start up through several company acquisitions.
This will be fully remote, 40 hours per week, ongoing.

What you will be doing:

• Lead a team of project managers, make changes, lead innovation, create efficiencies within the team
• Lead and mentor the team within Notion to create more awareness and education
• Meet and collaborate with corporate marketing teams to strategize plans, timelines, and deliverables for several marketing projects at a time
• Ensure the creative and marketing teams hit deadlines for all projects
• Develop presentations for management and clients
• Keep an eye on the website to make sure it is current

What you need to know:

• 7+ years of marketing project management experience
• Must have leadership experience
• Experience using Notion required
• Comfortable in an Agile environment
• MUST be an incredible multi-tasker
• Must be able to prioritize and manage deadlines
• Agency background a huge PLUS but not required
• Excellent listener + communicator
• Must be comfortable running presentations
• Strong collaboration skills
