Are you looking for an exciting and inspiring place to work? We are now recruiting a Lead Project Planner to support Liquid Wind in becoming a world leading developer of green electrofuel facilities, and this could be the opportunity for you to join our team!
The world rapidly needs to electrify to replace fossil fuels on a massive scale. The hard-to-abate sectors like shipping, aviation and heavy land transport cannot be electrified with battery power and require a different type of electrification: Electrofuel made from renewable electricity and biogenic CO2.
Our business model is designed for scale, and we have a solid pipeline of projects in development in the Nordic countries with the goal of reaching Financial Investment Decision (FID) for 10 projects by 2027. We have a strong group of investors, including Alfa Laval, Carbon Clean, Elyse Energy, HyCap, Siemens Energy, Topsoe and Uniper.
Liquid Wind is a fast-growing company, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden and with a presence in Denmark, Finland and the UK. We have approx. 65 employees and are looking for a person that enjoys developing and growing together with the company.
The location for this position is in Denmark or Sweden. There will be some travel within the role.

Responsibilities:

As Lead Project Planner you will be our internal expert on time schedules, covering both the project development phases and the project execution. You will be responsible for overseeing and challenging our project integrators EPC time schedules, ensuring they comply with e.g. our work breakdown structure.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Coordinate overall planning and scheduling activities
  • Work close with our partners to ensure proper EPC schedules according to requirements
  • Ensure integrated time schedules with clear interdependencies across external project stakeholders, such as the project host, EPC(m) and utilities
  • Support internal project teams with planning experience
  • Take part in ongoing improvements of Liquid Wind´s tools and methods
  • Ensure integration of previous projects experience into internal lessons learned
  • Be responsible for all internal time schedule templates and procedures
  • Analyse and present critical path analysis and schedule optimization opportunities for internal and external key stakeholders

You will be reporting to the Head of Project Management Office, located in Hørsholm, Denmark.
