Responsibilities:

As Lead Project Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer demands to ensure 100% OTD.
  • Developing, scheduling, and tracking various project workloads.
  • Creating, maintaining and communicating project schedules and deliverables.
  • Gathering and analyzing information to prepare status reports – customer reports
  • Monitoring schedule compliance levels and identifies reasons for completion shortfalls.
  • Identifying and communicating schedule risks, providing clear schedule impact updates for potential changes.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate planned schedule completion dates for all Engineering, Sourcing & manufacturing activities.
  • Advocating and voice of customer throughout the project execution lifecycle.
  • Contributing to discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in project management tools, processes, procedures, and ways of working

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Planning.
  • Have a PMP Certification is preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge in API 6A, Wellheads
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Have proficiency in Primavera, Oracle Database and MS project / office
  • Have ability to co-ordinate the planning of several projects simultaneousl
