Description:
Job title: Lead Project Professional – Delivery
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. This is a full-time onsite position
Salary: From £45,628 dependent on skills and experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Familiarity with infrastructure or operational delivery for buildings
- Strong stakeholder management experience up to Director level with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Project Management experience – including reporting, scheduling and dependency management
- Knowledge of business change theories or previous experience with Change Transformation projects
- Project Management qualifications such as APMQ, Prince2 etc would be desirable but not essential
- Operating in a complex delivery environment across multiple projects and programmes
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and functions to ensure integration of infrastructure across the facility and the business
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the future requirements of the facility are aligned to the design intended
- Responsible for enabling and delivering multiple small, isolated projects to support the wider programme
- Provide focus and drive to projects / work packages to ensure delivery is in line with the programme plan
- Support the management and integration of programme solutions / projects
- Lead engagement sessions which promote the programme vision and describe how change is beneficial to stakeholders
- Be an advocate of change and drive the successful adoption of transformation in the facility
