YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Demonstrable Project Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experienced in Report writing
• Good Stakeholder Management experience, ideally up to Senior Leadership level, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships

Desirable:

• Recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM
• Previous Bid Management experience
• Understanding of Project Lifecycle Management (gated review process)

• Leading the governance arrangements for the project including Director Reviews, Programme Reviews, and Government-to-Government Reviews, and working with stakeholders to maintain metrics and develop presentations
• Ensuring the project stays compliant with the Business Lifecycle Management (Gated Review) requirements
• Coordinating with key internal stakeholders, relevant seniors and international parties for the requirements of International VIP Visits
• Maintaining a live Risk, Issues and Opportunities register, and expediting actions
• Monitoring costs to budget and updating financial forecasts
• Managing and coordinating bids and proposals for new contracts and extensions
