REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of QA experience, including leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Warranty Systems (Tavant Warranty On Demand preferred).
- Proficiency in programming languages like TypeScript/JavaScript (Logic Level required).
- Strong expertise in DB/SQL and test automation frameworks like Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and source code management tools (e.g., GIT).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact directly with client and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to self-development to stay updated with the latest tech trends.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. You’ll interact directly with business and Scrum teams as the QA Point of Contact (POC), guide nearshore/offshore teams, and conduct both manual and automated testing. From analyzing requirements to presenting reports, your leadership and technical expertise will ensure seamless project execution and optimal software performance.
This is a remote position for professionals in LATAM, working with a prestigious USA-based client. Proficiency in English (Intermediate-Advanced) is essential for effective collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the QA Lead POC for Salesforce-related projects.
- Guide and mentor nearshore/offshore QA teams.
- Conduct manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications and UI.
- Analyze business requirements to design and create new test cases.
- Maintain and enhance manual and automated test suites.
- Collaborate with project teams for end-to-end system integration testing.
- Prepare and present comprehensive test reports, tracking defects and suggesting fixes.
- Identify end-to-end scenarios, ensuring code modularity and robustness.
