A long-time partner of Siemens Digital Industries Software, Maya HTT collaborates in providing software, AI, and engineering services to help clients and partners worldwide boost performance, improve quality, drive down costs, and harness the value of their data.
The Lead Qualification Specialist plays a crucial role in achieving our company’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This part-time position (2 to 3 days per week) requires proactive engagement with prospects, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to qualify leads effectively. The primary responsibility is to thoroughly qualify prospects generated through various marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and digital campaigns. This role involves setting up proper reporting in Salesforce, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are pursued and closed, and coordinating with event specialists to schedule meetings with targeted prospects before live events and trade shows. Additionally, the Lead Qualification Specialist will contribute to improving lead qualification processes, automations, and reporting, and provide feedback on marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support the sales team by rigorously qualifying marketing and partner leads.
  • Document and analyze customer needs and requirements gathered during the lead qualification process.
  • Manage and report on assigned opportunities from initial qualification through to closure.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, social media outreach, and email campaigns aimed at pre-booking meetings for live events and trade shows.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized tracking of all activities in Salesforce.
  • Provide proactive feedback and suggestions for improving lead qualification processes and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in enhancing automations and reporting mechanisms to streamline the qualification process.

How to be successful in this role?

  • Proven track record in B2B telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions sector, with experience selling to engineering groups considered a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in both French and English. (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
  • Strong phone presence and experience handling high call volumes daily.
  • Demonstrated hunter/challenger sales approach with a strong B2B sales background and a passion for technology-driven products and solutions.
  • Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in qualifying leads and driving market share growth.
  • Highly organized and meticulous in tracking work and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
