Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 6M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.
We are looking for a Lead Recruiter with retained executive search experience to join our growing team! Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with our senior leadership team and run our most complex and critical searches across R&D and G&A, including executive hiring, while mentoring and coaching our junior team members.
