Your Impact
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the entire sales lifecycle for OpenText. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing processes to improve sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue reporting. You will drive revenue growth by analyzing order pipelines, forecasting bookings, monitoring sales productivity, and enhancing reporting structures. Additionally, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align on data insights and identify metrics that help guide strategic sales decisions and improve efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed
- Background: Experience in sales operations, revenue analysis, or related roles.
- Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing sales operations processes, a strong foundation in statistical analysis, and familiarity with forecasting and planning methodologies.
- Sales Operations Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of sales practices, operational frameworks, and resource deployment strategies, with a track record of implementing solutions that drive sales efficiency.
- Communication Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (other local languages a plus) with the ability to present data insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership and Initiative: Proven ability to lead projects that involve sales operations design, project implementation, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
