Responsibilities:
- As the most senior analytics person in the sales department you are the technical counterpart to the team lead.
- You promote best practices in CRM management and mentor the Salesforce expert.
- You develop and execute strategies to improve the sales and business activities.
- You provide actionable recommendations regarding the analytics of the sales team performance.
- Leveraging your extensive experience in data analytics, you challenge current practices and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- You translate business context into data analytics and vice versa.
- You improve the monthly and quarterly reporting.
- You oversee the performance of the sales campaigns you initiated.
Your profile:
- Experience in developing data driven strategies to increase profit of a Startup/Scaleup.
- Minimum of 8 years work experience as a Business Performance Manager, Business Analyst, Sales Performance Manager, Growth Manager, Reporting Manager, Revenue Manager, Insights Analyst.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership/mentoring role within the same company.
- Being promoted once within the same company.
- Experience within a tech company, ideally AdTech and in the area of in-app marketing.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Proficient with Salesforce.
- Experienced with PowerBI, Tableau or similar.
- Ideally experience with A/B testing, marketing budget optimization, user acquisition, conversion/purchase prediction, recommendation system, marketing mix modelling (MMM), attribution, bidding automation, lift tests, or geo tests.
