ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Software Developer Specialist/Dev Lead (Financial Systems-SAS IFRS17) to join our growing team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The SAS IFRS17 Lead Developer for our Financial Systems, who will enhance, support and maintain our SAS IFRS17 solution. You will be part of a growing Financial Systems team undergoing a significant transformation to support Intact’s finance systems landscape and technology modernization.
Work location: Toronto (700 University Ave) or Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa)

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Participate in the projects of SAS IFRS17 solution/changes and their operationalization.
  • Support and maintain of the SAS IFRS17 Solution.
  • Be involved in the solution maintenance lifecycle, collaborating with key stakeholders in various domains (Business, SAS, Data Analytics, Infrastructure Services, Security, Auditors, Communications, Storage, Cloud, etc.).
  • Scope, design, estimate and code new functionality or bug fixes. Perform unit testing.
  • Update and/or create new operational procedures.
  • Lead and/or participate in workshops to gather requirements for future projects/Change Requests.
  • Provide support and guidance to other IT and non-IT stakeholders when required.
