EPAM is actively looking for a seasoned Lead Security Engineer in Geneva to work in the fintech space. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of zero-trust architecture and security standards as well as a strong background in implementing complex cyber security systems.

REQUIREMENTS
- Security or IT-focused university degree (Bachelors) OR equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a security engineer with specific expertise in zero-trust architectures
- Strong understanding of network and security infrastructure
- Ability to interpret and translate security requirements into practical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Regularly analyze current security protocols and measures to evaluate their effectiveness within a zero-trust framework
- Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with the zero-trust model
- Manage the integration of security systems and measures to ensure optimal protection and compliance
- Maintain knowledge of the latest security trends, threats and technologies that could impact our security architecture
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure organizational-wide compliance to security policies and regulations
