Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary contact for our client to oversee and manage job preparation, execution and close out-reporting.
- Managing performance of Production Sloution applications in accordance with agreed KPIs and reporting criteria.
- Managing HSSE risks related to the deployment and handling of chemicals, activated carbons, solids and catalyst
- Performing operational reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
- Coordinating and monitoring all activities in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries, including engagement with third party supply chain partners.
- Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor study in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Have 10+ years of working experience in upstream oil and gas operations (preferably within Artifical Lift)
- Have demonstrated relevant experience of supervision in coordinating operations and service delivery.
- Be an experienced people leader with demonstrated capabilities.
- Be capable of executing regional sourcing strategies and plans to ensure supply and minimize outages
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
