Are you a Senior Network Service/ Product Owner with good knowledge of Palo Alto and experience leading an international team?
emagine are looking for your skills to lead a team that provides global support for STRATE and PRISMA. This will include owning the vendor relationship, change and incident management, and supporting new projects.
KEY SKILLS:
- Network & Security Operations Service / Product Owner with over 10 years’ experience.
- Prolonged exposure to large scale international and industrial corporate network infrastructure.
- Strong grounding in of Palo Alto network components (STRATA, PRISMA).
- Excellent overall knowledge of network security best practices.
- Service and delivery-oriented approach in an ITIL environment.
- Track record of leading and coordinated teams.
- Autonomous, able to own and run the service.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Effective during crisis incidents.
- Confident presenting to C-Level contacts
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of six service support engineers.
- Manage escalations from users and project managers.
- Deliver technical expertise on network security infrastructure (STRATA, PRISMA).
- Troubleshoot and manage major incidents.
- Collaborate with Security & Compliance architect and engineers.
- Manage vendors - KPIs, follow up on service requests/incidents/complex changes, budgets.
- Track KPIs, team projects, and team capacity.
- Manage appliance lifecycles.
- Manage appliance licenses and products.
- On going improvement of service process and security.
- Support junior members of the team to grow their expertise.
