Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Lead Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support the Materials Management & Transportation team based out of Coppell, TX.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in warehouse and/or logistics operations
- Experience working with a computer based inventory management system or warehouse management system
- Experience working with warehouse equipment (including educational and operational training)
TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
SUMMARY PAY RANGE: 62,050 - 83,950

Basic Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with SA
Responsibilities:
- Oversees resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies.
- Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders.
- Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.
- Serves as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Monitors shipping/receiving discrepancies.
- Develops solutions to mitigate errors.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
