DISCOVER IMPACTFUL WORK:
We are seeking a well-rounded, expert Technician who is confident in Facilities Plant Operations and Maintenance. This individual will have comparable proven experience and/or will have significant trades man experience. Uphold safety procedures and safe practices with every aspect of their duties. GMP and Utility Systems requiring Electrical/Mechanical maintenance include: Plant Steam, Clean Steam, HVAC, WFI, Compressed Gases, Waste Neutralization, Compressed Air, Fire Suppression, Electrical Generation, UPS, and Process Systems. All work will be detailed in the CMMS. Other duties include responding to equipment related alarms and participating in the rotating “On-Call” program providing 24/7 Maintenance support.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering Preferred.
- Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical License Preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years confirmed experience in related field Preferred.
- GMP experience preferred.
- Direct experience supporting manufacturing systems within a regulated industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Skilled in formal problem-solving techniques, and digital literacy.
- Knowledge of Waste treatment and Bio-inactivation systems
- Practical knowledge of GMP’s and working in an SOP environment
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 4 feet.
- Ability to work in a FDA/EMA regulated environment
