WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As the Lead Software Development at Payter, you’ll play a central role in overseeing cutting-edge software and hardware projects. You’ll be the key link between teams, stakeholders and end users. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing project plans with clear goals and milestones, working closely with all stakeholders.
• Collaborating directly with our CTO and VP of Engineering to identify and deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Acting as the main point of contact for development teams, ensuring alignment across departments like Sales, Operations, Engineering and Technical Support.
• Planning and managing the introduction of new features to our product portfolio, monitoring progress, addressing challenges and keeping projects on track.
• Providing regular progress updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Establishing and refining processes to improve efficiency and ensure top-notch project outcomes.
