POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software applications, including API integrations and micro-services. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and standardization while leading coding practices, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing excellent leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience
  • 2+ years of Python Experience
  • 2+ years experience in C#
  • 3+ years in the last 5 years in a frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue)
  • 5+ years on API Integrations (requirement SOAP experience)
  • 3+ years of cloud experience (preference AWS)
  • 3+ years as a people manager
  • Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS (preference MySQL or PostgreSQL)
  • GIT experience required
  • Proficiency in modern software development practices (SOLID, OOP, DRY, YAGNI)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Terraform
