The platform is to be used for B2C communication as well as B2B services, including eCommerce, service portals, and customer certification & training management.
As a Lead Software Engineer/Architect, you will work with our internal development team, external agencies, and stakeholders to build and extend our website platform. You will be responsible for managing the overarching solution architecture, mentoring and supporting internal and external team members in their daily tasks, and managing technical debt.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in computer science, coding academy, bootcamp completion, or a proven track record in the field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Belief in the power of teamwork to achieve great things.
- Required experience with building websites using TypeScript and React; knowledge of Java is a plus.
- Experience integrating external vendors (e.g., Algolia, Contentful, Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal and external software engineers.
- Familiarity with software engineering practices such as TDD, Continuous Delivery, and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to apply even if not meeting all the qualifications.
