Lead Software Engineer

Do you like to be hands-on as well as lead a small group of engineers? Our client in the advertising services domain is currently creating a new platform and are looking for someone to help design and develop it. You will report to the CTO and get the freedom to drive the project and have ownership over the technical architecture.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least one year in a lead or engineering manager role.
• Proficient in Python or a JVM language (Kotlin, Java), experienced in cloud computing and infrastructure as code, and skilled in writing clean, scalable code.
• Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Experienced with large-scale projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with TypeScript and the Spring Framework.
• Strong SQL knowledge, particularly in query performance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
