Our team in Prague is developing an ecosystem that connects businesses and their customers through digital channels such as WhatsApp, Chat, or Instagram. We offer tools that automate support agents’ work and improve their efficiency with technologies such as AI, Cloud, and big data.
We are looking for a partner, developer, mentor, for a 10-member team divided into two smaller ones, who will help move our craft a little further and drive the efforts to break the monolith, improve the CI/CD pipeline and build a DevOps culture.
We have developed a globally used platform for customer care of huge companies. 5,000 requests per second flow through our APIs in 10 AWS regions around the world. So we’re no longer a little beer.
We try to write cleanly, pay attention to SRP, create atomic pull requests, continuously refactor, have a CI/CD pipeline and the PHP tent checks us at the highest level.
