• Contribute directly to development efforts, including writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Allocate tasks to team members based on their strengths and availability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Offer architectural guidance and review technical designs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Promote best practices in software design, development, and quality.
• Identify opportunities for improving development processes and team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve team efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
