Description:
What you’ll do
As a Lead Engineer at Evermood, you will be the Team Lead for our 3-4 Software Engineers while continuing to contribute directly to our Evermood platform. You will:
- Hold 1on1s and feedback meetings, and push the professional and personal growth of our Software Engineers.
- Conduct technical interviews with job applicants, make hiring decisions and onboard new Engineers to the Evermood team.
- Be the technical sparring partner in the Engineering team, review code and do pair programming sessions.
- Participate in making architectural decisions for the Evermood platform.
- Develop new features for the Evermood platform, both for the backend and the frontend.
- Work directly with our CTO Tobias to discuss new features and actively shape the user experience.
- Test and QA features before deployment.
- Fix bugs and maintain an efficient and sustainable codebase.
