Sharetec is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to help our team evolve our software and tech stack, modernizing and optimizing them for the future, ruthlessly seek out root causes, and work together with our business analysts to help them define tickets and lead/mentor a team of high quality engineers.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid-remote position that can be located at one of our office sites in Ft. Wayne, IN or Waco, TX. For the right candidate, fully remote work is also an option. We can only consider remote employees who reside in one of the states listed below. The starting salary range is $115,000 - $145,000 DOE.

BONUS SKILLS:

• CI/CD pipeline creation with Gitlab
• Experience moving applications into docker containers from scratch
• Familiarity with Progress OpenEdge
• Experience with Angular and/or Typescript
