IN BRIEF
We’re looking for experienced senior technical leads with equal parts deep technical knowledge, and practical experience deploying that knowledge to deliver value in a business and industry context.

- an outcomes-first focus on using technology to deliver business benefits
- curiosity and knowledge of our clients’ businesses and industries
- outstanding advisory and client communication skills.
You build relationships with senior stakeholders based on your personal credibility and ability to add value for our clients. You can engage with them in the business terms that resonate, and can tell them things they don’t know about they can deploy technology to help them solve problems.
You are also keen to take on wider Technical Principal responsibilities – actively taking ownership of ensuring the commercial success of your projects, and playing a part in enabling the wider success of Softwire.
