JOB SUMMARY

• This role could be based in Singapore, India, China, Poland and Malaysia. When you start the application process you will be presented with a drop down menu showing all countries, Please ensure that you select a country where the role is based.
• This role will serve as the Solution Architect for Risk/CFCC (Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance), Audit, Legal Domains and expected to function as a senior member of the larger Risk/CFCC/FCSO/Legal/Audit architecture team. Besides stakeholder management and ensuring that architecture governance and technology standards are met in the assigned domains, the role is also expected to actively own and define the target architectures for these domains and govern the transition states. Working closely with the various Domain Technology teams, the person will also help drive architecture strategy, roadmap, governance and provide architecture guidance where necessary.
• This will then help to drive standardisation and consistency across the Functions domains, with a view of landscape simplification and cost efficiencies.

RISK MANAGEMENT

• Proactive in seeking regular assurance that function is performing to an acceptable risk and control standards.
• Include internal controls, legal and regulatory requirements in the processes supporting the function
• Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and, if necessary, escalated through the relevant committees.
• Balance business performance delivery and cost management with risk and control matters to ensure that it does not materially threaten the Group, remaining within risk appetite.
• Work in collaboration with risk and control teams.
